摘要
可持续发展被认为是高速铁路发展面临的主要挑战之一,作为解决方案的一部分,安全回收利用铁路材料不仅可以延长部件的使用寿命并且能使废旧材料增值,本研究目的在于探讨高速铁路旧轨再利用的可行性和整修的必要性。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,从钢轨重伤判别标准、焊接型式检验、生产流程、生产效率影响因素分析、经济与社会效益评价等多个维度进行研究。相关研究表明:厂内整修可提高旧轨抗冲击荷载作用性能、抗疲劳荷载作用性能、轨头表面损伤和表面平直度,并可延长钢轨服役时限。型式检验表明:焊接参数与焊机、钢轨轨种的匹配良好,落锤试验结果满足规范要求。生产实践显示:旧轨病害复杂、精磨精整工作量大对生产效率提升构成一定不确定性;最后,初步论证了高速铁路旧轨再利用的经济与社会价值。
The sustainable development is considered one of the main challenges for high-speed railway development.As a part of solution,safely recycle railway material will extend the life of viable components and allow us to provide incremental value for scrap metal.The primary objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of reusing the used rails of high-speed railway and the necessity of rails repair.This article studies from many dimensions,such as rail injury identification standard,Welding Type Test,production process,production efficiency inuencing factor analysis,economic and social benefit evaluation based on previous research.Correlativity studies have shown that in-plant rails repair can improve the impact load resistance,fatigue resistance,rail head surface damage and surface atness of the used rail,and extend the service life of the rails.Meanwhile,Welding Type Test indicate that welding parameters match well with the welding machine and rail type,and the combination of drop weight test met the specification requirements.Furthermore,productive practice demonstrate that complex diseases,fine grinding and precise adjustment are time-consuming,which has a degree of uncertainty on the improvement of production efficiency;Finally,the economic and social value of reusing used rails of high-speed railway is preliminarily demonstrated.
