铁路隧道内接触网预埋槽道耐火和挠度研究 被引量:2

摘要 《电气化铁路接触网隧道内预埋槽道》TB/T3329-2013一是对铁路隧道内接触网预埋槽道的耐火时效的规定不明确,且仅要求为研究性试验;二是预埋槽道施加拉伸工作荷载时的允许挠度值执行困难较大。本文一是通过国内外标准调研和分析,提出将预埋槽道耐火试验确定为型式检验项目,并规定预埋槽道、T型螺栓及相关紧固件按工程设计要求的承载力、经RABT-ZTV升温曲线90min单面耐火试验后,不产生功能性失效;二是以预埋槽道实际工况、理论计算和试验验证为依据,提出企标突破《电气化铁路接触网隧道内预埋槽道》TB/T 3329-2013的0.5mm挠度值规定,钢、不锈钢槽道允许挠度值分别要求为1.5mm、2.5mm的建议。 In TB/T 3329-2013,the provisions on the fire resistance of the embedded channel of OCS in railway tunnel are not clear,and only the research test is required in TB/T 3329-2013;Secondly,it is difficult to implement the allowable deflection value when the tensile working load is applied to the embedded channel.Through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign standards,this paper proposes to determine the fire resistance test of embedded channel as the type inspection item,and stipulates that the bearing capacity of embedded channel,T-bolt and related fasteners according to the engineering design requirements will not produce functional failure after 90 min single-sided fire resistance test of RABT-ZTV time-temperature curve firstly;Secondly,based on the actual working conditions,theoretical calculation and test verification of embedded channels,it is proposed that the enterprise standard should break through the provisions of deection value 1.5 mm in embedded channels in TB/T 3329-2013,and the allowable deection values of steel and stainless steel channels should be 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm respectively.
