不同营养液配方对鸡毛菜漂浮育苗幼苗生长特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究漂浮育苗中不同营养液配方对幼苗生长特性的影响,以期为鸡毛菜漂浮育苗筛选适宜的营养液配方提供参考依据。方法以蒸馏水作为对照,研究5种漂浮育苗营养液配方对鸡毛菜幼苗形态特征、生长指标和生理指标的影响。结果T4(改良霍格兰营养液配方)地上部和地下部生物量鲜重分别较其他处理提高13%~479%和24%~334%;株高、茎粗、壮苗指数、生长速率以及根系活力较其他处理分别增加8%~115%,6%~37%,25%~400%,50%~300%和17%~82%。结论T4显著提高鸡毛菜的幼苗生长特性,建议作为漂浮育苗营养液配方。 Purposes—To study the effect of different nutrient solution formulations on growth characteristics of Chinese little greens seedling in floating-seedling system and to select suitable nutrient solution formulations for Chinese little greens.Methods—With distilled water as control,the effects of five nutrient solutions on the morphological characteristics,growth and physiological indexes of Chinese little greens seedling were studied.Results—The above-ground and underground biomass of T4(improved Hogland's nutrient solution)was increased by 13%~479%and 24%~334%compared with other treatments,respectively.The plant height,stem diameter,robust seedling index,growth rate,root activity of T4 was higher by 8%~115%,6%~37%,25%~400%,50%~300%and 17%~82%than those of other treatments,respectively.Conclusion—T4 should be selected for the floating seedling for Chinese little greens,which could improve the seedling growth characteristics.
