专业认证背景下教师教育质量监控:主体、客体及策略 被引量:4

摘要 师范生的培养质量是整个高等师范教育系统中最核心的质量目标。教师教育质量监控既是对师范生培养目标质量的监测和调控,也是对保障体系的监测和调控。其主体是高等师范院校,客体即对象主要涉及对人才培养目标的监控、培养过程质量的监控、培养结果质量的监控、资源保障条件的监控、学校质量保障组织的监控等五个方面。师范类专业认证背景下开展质量监控体系建构的基本策略是注重内部化研究、过程常态化建设、信息化应用和一体化考虑。 The training quality of normal students is the core quality goal in the whole higher normal education system.The monitoring of teacher education quality is not only the monitoring and regulation of the quality of normal students’training objectives,but also the monitoring and regulation of the security system.Its subject is higher normal universities,and its object,namely target,mainly involves such five aspects as the monitoring of talent training objectives,the quality of training process,the quality of training results,resource guarantee conditions and school quality guarantee organization.The basic strategy for the construction of quality monitoring system under the background of normal professional certification is to pay attention to internalized research,process normalized construction,informatized application and integrated considerations.
