建构主义视阈下高校课堂教学的共生模式探索 被引量:11

A Probe into the Symbiotic Model of Classroom Teaching in University in the Perspective of Constructivism

摘要 建构主义视阈下课堂教学的关键要素是学习主体性充分调动、前结构经验有效建立、后情境问题合理创设和主客体知识科学关联。传统课堂的知识信息传递高效,但高阶能力建构不畅,高质量人才培养能力不足;翻转课堂体现了知识的建构生成性,有利于高质量人才培养,但教学体系与建构逻辑匹配还不完善,高质量人才培养效率不高。为了实现课堂教学对社会主义高质量人才的高效培养,提出“知识—能力—价值”共生融合的课堂教学范式,通过建立“建构型知识群”教学体系、实施“三步式台阶”教学流程、教学过程引入创新方法论、课堂呈现突出社会化情境,成体系保障了社会主义人才培养的高质量和高效率,提升了新时代高等教育总体水平。 The key elements of classroom teaching in the perspective of constructivism are the full mobilization of learning subjectivity,the effective establishment of pre-structure experience,the reasonable creation of post-situation problems and the scientific connection between subject and object knowledge.The transmission of traditional classroom knowledge and informationis is efficient,but the construction of high-level ability is not smooth,and the training ability of high-quality talents is insufficient.Flipped classroom reflects the construction and generation of knowledge,which is conducive to the training of high-quality talents,but the matching between teaching system and construction logic is not perfect,and the training efficiency of high-quality talents is not high.To realize the efficient cultivation of socialist high-quality talents in classroom teaching,we put forward the classroom teaching paradigm of“knowledge-ability-value”symbiosis and integration.Through the establishment of“constructive-knowledge-group”teaching system,the implementation of“three-step”teaching process,the introduction of innovative methodology in the teaching process,and the prominent socialization situation in the classroom,we have systematically guaranteed the high quality and efficiency of socialist talent training and improved the overall level of higher education in the new era.
