摘要
随着线上线下混合式教学的迅速发展,翻转课堂得到了广泛应用,但面临的突出问题是如何在形式的翻转之外实现学习习惯的翻转。通过借助四力,即拉力——引导参与行为、推力——激发参与行为、控制力——督导参与行为、压力——激活参与行为,可以激发、唤起学生的内在动机,从氛围创设入手塑造学生行为,增强其参与意识。
With the rapid development of online and offline blended teaching,flipped classroom has been widely used,but the prominent problem is how to realize the flipping of learning habits in addition to the flipping of form.With the help of four forces,namely pull—guiding participation behavior,thrust—stimulating participation behavior,control—supervising participation behavior and pressure—activating participation behavior,we can stimulate and arouse students’internal motivation,shape students’behavior and enhance their participation consciousness by means of the creation of atmosphere.
