运动介导microRNA调控炎症因子的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类非编码单链RNA,内源性基因编码长度为21-25个核苷酸,miRNA也是促炎细胞因子的重要调节因子。炎症反应是一个复杂的机制,需要基因诱导调控程序,而miRNA通过调节促炎细胞因子的基因表达水平,调节各个组织与器官的功能。不同负荷、不同形式的有氧运动、无氧运动等,可通过改变miRNA表达,导致炎症因子之间产生的变化。文章探讨miRNA的功能、miRNA在IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α等炎症因子中表达和调控机制、运动对炎症因子和miRNA的影响以及运动介导的miRNA对炎症因子的调控,以期为肥胖等炎症疾病提供新的治疗策略。
