英语语言教学中多模态话语的意义与构建

摘要 基于多模态的性质与特征,将其运用至教学过程中,可以强化学生的识读能力,提升英语教学质量,满足现代信息技术与文化多元化的需求。多模态话语是社会发展的文明成果,是多模态化社会与科技不断发展背景下各领域发展的必然结果。多模态是结合视觉、听觉、触觉等为一体的模态,多模态打破了单模态研究带来的局限性,而多模态教学将改变传统英语教学带来的弊端与缺陷。 Based on the nature and characteristics of multimodality,applying it to the English language teaching process can strengthen students’reading ability,improve the quality of English teaching,and meet the needs of modern information technology and cultural diversity.Multimodal discourse is the civilization achievement of social development and the inevitable result of the development of various fields in the context of the continuous development of multimodal society and science and technology.Multi-mode,a mode combining vision,hearing,and tactile sense,breaks the limitation of single-mode research,and multimodal English teaching will break through the drawbacks and defects of traditional English teaching.
