中小微企业成本上升超预期,经营形势不乐观

The Reasearch on the Rising Cost and the Unoptimistical Business of SMMEs

中小微企业是稳住我国经济基本盘的重要基础,是稳定就业、繁荣经济、促进创新的重要保障。在2021年疫情持续反复和多点冲击下,特别是在大宗商品价格普遍上涨、原材料成本大幅攀升、国际航运费飙升、出口严重受阻等多种因素综合影响下,我国中小微企业的经营处境较为艰难。在中国财科院2021年“企业成本”调研“中小微企业发展和成本情况”专题调研过程中,通过实地考察、书面调研及线上问卷访问,调研组发现中小微企业经营发展面临经营难、融资难、出口难、用工难四大难题,并据此提出了着力增强中小微企业发展动力和活力的对策建议。

Small,Medium and Micro Enterprises(SMMEs)are an important foundation for stabilizing the fundamentals of our country's economy.They are important guarantee for stabilizing employment,prospering the economy,and promoting innovation.Their survival and development is not only related to the construction of a new development pattern,but also to the overall situation and security of our country's economic development.Under the repeated and multi-point impact of the epidemic this year,especially under the combined influence of various factors such as the general rise in commodity prices,the sharp rise in raw material costs,the soaring international shipping costs,and the serious export obstruction,SMMEs are in a difficult operating situation,and some SMMEs in some industries even face the risk of bankruptcy.To this end,the special research team of the"Development and Cost Situation of SMMEs"of the 2021"Enterprise Cost"large-scale survey conducted by the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences has carried out on-site research and online surveys.The survey found that the operation and development of SMMEs are facing"four major problems",and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to focus on enhancing the development momentum and vitality of SMMEs.
