等离子堆焊硬质堆焊层性能研究现状与分析 被引量:4

摘要 等离子堆焊技术是一种利用等离子束流在基材表面进行强化和修复的技术,目前已在工业生产领域中广泛应用。等离子堆焊制备的复合堆焊层能够大大增强基材的强度和耐磨损性能,以此提高生产效率,大大降低成本。但复合堆焊层往往存在气孔、裂纹等缺陷,因此应对于复合堆焊层的组织及性能进行研究和优化。本文主要介绍了等离子堆焊技术原理、制备工艺以及国内外研究现状,并对等离子堆焊当前依旧存在的主要问题和发展趋势作了简要分析和综述。 Plasma surfacing technology is a technology that adopts plasma beam to strengthen and repair the substrate surface.At present,it has been widely used in the field of industrial production.The composite surfacing layer prepared by plasma surfacing can greatly enhance the strength and wear resistance of the substrate,so as to improve the production efficiency and greatly reduce the cost.However,the composite surfacing layer often has defects such as pores and cracks,so the microstructure and properties of the composite surfacing layer should be studied and optimized.This paper mainly introduces the principle,preparation process and research status of plasma surfacing technology at home and abroad,and briefly analyzes and summarizes the main problems and development trend of plasma surfacing.
