少数民族非遗保护研究现状及发展态势分析

Analysis of the Research Status and Development Trend of Minority Intangible Heritage Protection

我国现存的非遗名录中,少数民族的文化遗产超过半数,在文化竞争日益激烈的背景下,少数民族的文化价值被不断挖掘,发展潜力巨大,作为中国非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,在传承保护的方式方法上已成为不同主体的研究对象。当前,少数民族非物质文化遗产在法律保护、技术保护、旅游开发、产业发展等层面已经取得一定成效,但是现有的研究成果过于概念化和程式化,真正有开拓性的成果甚少,少数民族非物质文化遗产的研究在政策监管、民族文化的原真性保护、数字化保护认识、实践方法等方面有较大提升空间。

In the country’s existing intangible heritage list,the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is more than half.In the context of increasingly fierce cultural competition,the cultural value of ethnic minorities has been continuously tapped and has great potential for development. As an important part of China’s intangible cultural heritage,the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has become the research object of different subjects in the ways and methods of inheritance and protection. At present,the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has achieved certain results in legal protection,technological protection,tourism development,and industrial development. However,the existing research results are too conceptual and stylized,and there are few truly pioneering results. The research of intangible cultural heritage has much room for improvement in practical methods,cognition of digital protection,authenticity protection of national culture,and capital supervision.
