摘要
为保证滦县一德铁精粉项目的用水需求,笔者对建设项目的取水地点、取水量、水质和供水水源保证程度等进行研究,分析本项目的取水对周边环境和其他取水用户的影响。研究表明:建设项目用水7.35万m^(3)/a,远低于均衡区地下水可开采量的171.8万m^(3)/a,符合相关技术标准和用水定额;建设项目生产用水对水质要求不高,建设项目水源井水质检测项目符合《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848—2017)Ⅲ类水质标准;项目取退水对区域水资源和其他用户无影响,取用水可靠合理。
In order to guarantee the water demand of Luan County's Yi De iron fine powder project,the author shows the studies of the water intake location,water quantity,water quality and water supply source guarantee degree of the construction project,and the influence of water intake on the surrounding environment and other water intake users is also analyzed.The results show that:the water consumption of the construction project is 73500 m^(3)/a,which is far lower than that of 1718000 m^(3)/a of the recoverable groundwater in the balanced area,and conforms to the relevant technical standards and water consumption quota;The water quality of the water source well of the construction project is in conformity with the water quality standard of Class Ⅲ of the"Quality standard of groundwater"(GB/T 14848—2017);It has no influence on regional water resources and other users,and the water drawn is reliable and reasonable.
