摘要
我国高校知识产权学科人才培养存在知识产权本科专业的法学体量过重、应用导向不明确、高层次人才培养质量难保障、本科人才培养同质化严重等问题。产生上述问题的主要原因包括知识产权本科的法学主导培养机制、高校“重理论轻实践”的人才培养模式、知识产权学科不具有独立一级学科地位和知识产权本科人才培养目标贪多求全。我国应建立高校知识产权本科的跨学科人才培养机制,提升知识产权学科的校企合作水平,创建知识产权的一级学科,发挥不同高校知识产权本科专业培养的特色优势。
There are some problems in the cultivation of intellectual property talents in universities in China,such as excessive legal color of undergraduate subject of intellectual property,unclear application orientation,difficult guarantee of high-level talent training quality,and serious homogenization of talent training of undergraduate subject.The main reasons for the above problems include the dominant training mechanism of law in the undergraduate discipline of intellectual property,the talent training mode of"emphasizing theory but neglecting practice"in universities,the fact that the discipline of intellectual property does not have the status of an independent first-level discipline,and the goal of intellectual property talent training of undergraduate subject is more comprehensive.China should establish an interdisciplinary talent training mechanism for intellectual property undergraduate discipline in universities,improve the level of school-enterprise cooperation in intellectual property discipline in universities,create a first-level discipline of intellectual property,and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of undergraduate subject of intellectual property professional training in universities.
