理想类型视角下的国内体育治理经验:相关文献的综述与引申

CHINESE EXPERIENCE INSPORTS GOVERNANCE BASED ON IDEAL TYPES:REVIEW AND FURTHER THINGKING OF RELATED LITERATURE

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和比较分析法,以理想类型为研究工具,探讨我国体育治理的范式类型和运行逻辑.研究表明,依据治理主体和治理手段,我国体育治理的理想类型可以划分为单中心纵向管理模式、多中心纵向管理模式、单中心横向互动模式和多中心横向互动模式;相应的典型实践表现为运动型体育治理、分散型体育治理、整体型体育治理和参与型体育治理.研究认为,我国体育治理未来的发展方向应实现体育治理主体的多元化、体育治理模式的交融性、体育治理研究范式的更迭和体育治理实践形态的超越.

Using the methods of literature,logical analysis and comparative analysis,and taking the ideal type as the conceptual tool,this paper discusses the paradigm type and operation logic of sports governance in China.The research shows that according to the governance subject and governance means,the ideal types of sports governance in China can be divided into single center vertical management mode,multi center vertical management mode,single center horizontal interaction mode and multi center horizontal interaction mode.The corresponding typical practices are sports governance,decentralized sports governance,overall sports governance and participatory sports governance.The research shows that the future development direction of sports governance in China should realize the diversification of sports governance subjects,the blending of sports governance models,the change of sports governance research paradigms and the transcendence of sports governance practice forms.
