乡村治理的“枫桥经验”数字化重塑模式研究

“枫桥经验”是我国基层社会治理的典范,是我国基层社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的标志。然而基层社会治理中的乡村治理存在着“类行政化”趋向、多元化需求、碎片化管理等治理难题。随着数字技术创新的发展潮流,乡村治理的现代化发展必须借助现代化的科学技术和创新模式,才有可能在治理难题中找到突破点。当前,“枫桥经验”数字化的数字治理优势明显,值得深度挖掘其治理价值。因此,探索乡村治理与“枫桥经验”数字化有机融合的治理模式对于基层社会治理研究意义重大。

The“Fengqiao Experience”is a model of China's grassroots social governance and a symbol of the modernization of China’s grassroots social governance system and governance capacity.However,rural governance in grassroots social governance has“quasi-administrative”tendency,diversified needs,fragmented management and other governance problems.With the development trend of digital technology innovation,the modernization development of rural governance must rely on modern science and technology and innovation mode,so as to find a breakthrough in governance problems.At present,the digital governance advantages of Fengqiao Experience are obvious,and its governance value is worth exploring deeply.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the digital organic integration of rural governance and Fengqiao Experience for the study of grassroots social governance.
