摘要
为了解决塔7站发送清管器过程中进行放空操作时油污的喷溅问题,立足清管作业现状,结合生产运行实际,对放空操作时油污的喷溅问题进行了调查分析。得出充压使整个发球筒内带压是造成放空原油喷溅的主要原因。对多种对策进行对比分析,选出最佳解决方法,并进行现场实施和效果验证。结果表明:该方法有效地解决了发送清管器过程中的油污喷溅问题,满足现场实际需求,具有一定的社会效益和经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of oil splashing during venting operation in the process of sending pig from Ta 7 station, based on the current situation of pigging operation and the actual production and operation, the oil splashing during venting operation is investigated and analyzed. It is considered that the pressure charging in the whole launcher is the main cause of oil splashing during venting operation. Through the comparative analysis of various countermeasures, the best solution is selected. The field implementation results show that this solution effectively solves the problem of oil spill in the process of sending pig, meets the actual needs of the site, and has certain social and economic benefits.
