摘要
为直观监测磷化氢熏蒸杀虫效果,探究熏蒸过程中储粮环境因子变化,本文在磷化氢熏蒸试验期间,对试虫死亡情况、磷化氢气体、CO_(2)气体和仓温仓湿等进行了监测。结果表明,在磷化铝片剂剂量3.6 g·m^(-3),粮面施药、常规熏蒸条件下,熏蒸第2 d时,仓房空间磷化氢浓度达到最大;熏蒸第4 d,粮堆表层磷化氢浓度达到最大,随后磷化氢浓度开始下降;粮堆表层试虫锈赤扁谷盗、赤拟谷盗在熏蒸第5 d全部死亡;磷化氢熏蒸杀虫期间,储粮环境因子变化不明显,对磷化氢熏蒸杀虫效果影响不大。
In order to intuitively monitor the insecticidal effect of phosphine fumigation and explore the changes of stored grain environmental factors during the fumigation process, the death of insects, phosphine gas, CO_(2)gas, temperature and humidity of warehouse were monitored during the experiment. The results showed that the concentration of phosphine in the warehouse space reached the maximum on the 2th day of fumigation under the conditions of aluminum phosphide tablet dosage of 3.6 g·m^(-3), grain surface application and conventional fumigation. On the 4th day of fumigation, the phosphine concentration on the surface of grain pile reached the maximum, and then began to decrease. On the 5th day of fumigation,Cryptolestes ferrugineus and Tribolium castaneum on the surface of the grain piles, all died;during the phosphine fumigation and insecticidal period, the stored grain environmental factors did not change significantly, which had little effect on the insecticidal effect of phosphine fumigation.
