摘要
全球化时代下,中华饮食文化的传播却并非一帆风顺。文章以中华饮食外宣中涌现的文化误解为出发点,结合相关文献与研究,分析中西饮食差异,探讨差异的根源,并进一步阐释影响差异形成的自然地理条件和思想文化因素,最后指出中华饮食文化的对外传播离不开对中西饮食差异及其形成原因的深刻理解和正确解读。求同存异、增进交流是推进中华饮食文化有效外宣的重要前提。
In the era of globalization, the spread of Chinese food culture has not been smooth sailing. Based on the cultural misunderstandings emerging in Chinese food publicity, the article analyzes the differences between Chinese and Western diets, discusses the root causes of the differences, and further explains the natural geographical conditions and ideological and cultural factors that affect the formation of differences. Finally, it is pointed out that the dissemination of Chinese food culture is inseparable from a deep understanding and correct interpretation of the differences between Chinese and Western diets and their causes. Seeking common ground while reserving differences and enhancing exchanges are important prerequisites for promoting effective publicity of Chinese food culture.
