摘要
琼菜作为中国传统八大菜系之外颇具自身风格特色的地方菜系之一,一直有着悠久的发展历史。进一步促进琼菜文化的传承与发展,不仅有利于弘扬海南饮食文化,彰显海南菜的传统特色,更有利于琼菜文化的保护,使琼菜文化走出国门,发扬光大。目前,纵观琼菜文化的传承与发展现况,仍然存在着诸多问题亟待解决。因此,特提出举办琼菜文化活动、打造琼菜文化传播平台、构建琼菜文化产业链和培养琼菜文化传承人的方法,促进琼菜文化的传承与发展。
As one of the local cuisines with its own style and characteristics besides the eight traditional Chinese cuisines, Hainan cuisine has a long history of development. Further promoting the inheritance and development of Hainan cuisine culture is not only conducive to promoting Hainan food culture and highlighting the traditional characteristics of Hainan cuisine, but also conducive to the protection of Hainan cuisine culture, so that Hainan cuisine culture can go abroad and carry forward. At present, looking at the inheritance and development of Hainan cuisine culture, there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is proposed to hold Hainan cuisine cultural activities, build a Hainan cuisine culture communication platform, build a Hainan cuisine cultural industry chain, and cultivate Hainan cuisine culture inheritors, so as to promote the inheritance and development of Hainan cuisine culture.
