近年来,云南精品咖啡品质获得产业广泛赞誉并表现出发展潜力。本文对精品咖啡产业发展与模式创新进行系统化、总体化研究,并聚焦云南精品咖啡产业高质量发展与模式创新,结合精品咖啡原产地和消费市场2个要素,对云南精品咖啡产业模式与发展进行了样品化、案例化调查分析。

In recent years, the quality of Yunnan specialty coffee has been widely praised by the industry and has shown development potential. This paper conducts a systematic and comprehensive study on the development and model innovation of the specialty coffee industry, and focuses on the high-quality development and model innovation of the specialty coffee industry in Yunnan. Combined with the two elements of high-quality coffee origin and consumer market, this paper makes a sample and case investigation and analysis on the model and development of high-quality coffee industry in Yunnan.
