摘要
营养健康教育是提升学前儿童饮食行为的重要手段之一。人们对学前儿童营养健康问题的关注度逐步提升,学前儿童健康教育的出发点和归宿点都应为学前儿童健康行为的养成。本研究有助于提高学前教育工作者及幼儿对营养健康知识的认知以及重视程度,将知识生活化,并自觉将该类知识运用到课堂教学和实际生活中,逐渐改善儿童的饮食习惯与生活习惯。
Nutrition and health education is one of the important means to improve the dietary behavior of pre-school children. The nutrition and health problems of pre-school children have been paid more and more attention by people, the starting point and destination of pre-school children’s health education should be the cultivation of pre-school children’s health behavior.This study helps to improve the cognition of preschool educators and children on nutrition and health knowledge and their attention, turn knowledge into daily life, and consciously apply this kind of knowledge to classroom teaching and real life, gradually improve children’s eating habits and living habits.
