在国家出台《关于深入推进医养结合发展的若干意见》的背景下,本文从老年人营养配餐角度出发,对老年人营养配餐的前期准备工作、营养食谱的制定、食谱营养标示及评价以及开展老年人营养配餐的意义等方面进行了深入探析,以期为社区食堂、医养结合机构、养老机构开展营养配餐提供理论与实践依据。
