摘要
食品安全是人们一直讨论的重点,人们越来越关注食品工程质量与食品安全。基于此,本文着重阐述了食品安全的重要性,分析了现阶段食品工程质量与食品安全中存在的问题,并提出了一些解决措施,希望能够更好地提升我国的食品安全与食品质量。
Food safety is the focus of discussions between people, and people are paying more and more attention to the quality of food engineering and food safety. Based on this, this paper focuses on the importance of food safety, analyzes the problems existing in food engineering quality and food safety at this stage, and proposes some solutions, hoping to better improve China’s food safety and food quality.
