摘要
目的:研究口服自制透明质酸钠胶原蛋白果饮对女性皮肤水分、皮肤弹性及抗过敏的调节作用及效果。方法:筛选符合条件的30名敏感肌(乳酸刺痛试验阳性)志愿者,进行人体临床试验研究。在测试周期内,志愿者每日食用测试样品2次,每次1袋,连续食用6周,并分别在食用前、食用2周后、4周后和6周后,对志愿者面部进行成像测试、皮肤水分含量测试、经皮水分散失TEWL测试和皮肤弹性测试。结果:与食用前相比,食用测试样品6周后,皮肤水分含量显著增加,经皮水分散失TEWL值显著降低,皮肤弹性R2、R5和R7均显著升高。结论:基于仪器测试结果,在6周的测试周期内,与使用前相比,透明质酸钠胶原蛋白果味饮品表现出降低敏感皮肤发红程度、提升皮肤水分含量、降低经皮水分散失和修护皮肤屏障功能,同时具有提升皮肤弹性的功效。
Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of oral self-made sodium hyaluronate collagen fruit drink on female skin moisture, skin elasticity and anti allergy. Method: 30 volunteers with sensitive skin( lactic acid sting test positive) were selected to complete the test. During the 6-week test, volunteers took 1 bag of test samples twice a day for 6weeks. The indexes such as facial imaging, skin moisture content, transcutaneous moisture loss TEWL and skin elasticity were tested, before eating, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after taking. Result: Compared with that before taking, the skin moisture contents and skin elasticity R2, R5 and R7 increased significantly, while the transdermal water loss TEWL test value decreased significantly, after 6 weeks. Conclusion: Based on the test results, during the 6-week test, compared with before taking, sodium hyaluronate collagen fruit drink shows the effect of reducing the redness of sensitive skin, improving the moisturizing effect of skin moisture content, reducing transcutaneous moisture loss, repairing skin barrier function, and improving skin elasticity.
