摘要
本研究通过在收购入库过程中检测同年度鲁西南本地自然干燥的逐车玉米样品和东北烘干玉米的霉变粒和真菌毒素的含量,分析玉米霉变粒与真菌毒素含量之间的相关性。结果表明,不同地区的玉米霉变粒与真菌毒素含量的高低有一定的关系,但霉变粒与真菌毒素含量之间的关系因地域的不同,相关性也不同,因此不能完全通过感官检验霉变粒情况来直接判断真菌毒素含量的高低。
The relationship between naturally dried car-by-car corn samples and mycotoxins in northeast dried corn in the same year was detected in the acquisition warehouse, and the contents of mold particles and mycotoxins in the northeast dried corn were detected in this study. The results showed that there was a certain relationship between the mildewed corn kernels and the levels of mycotoxins in different regions, and the relationship between moldy corn grains and mycotoxin content was also different due to different regions. Therefore, the content of mycotoxin can not be directly judged by sensory inspection of moldy particles.
