摘要
在互联网时代和“健康中国”背景下,将能量和营养素计算引入餐桌,具有创新性和重要的研究价值。本文以能量平衡和三大宏量营养素平衡为理论依据,以EER和AMDR量表为数据支撑,提出了一种可用于实践的桌餐营养计算器,从而实现节约粮食和均衡膳食。
In the context of the Internet era and “Healthy China”, the introduction of energy and nutrient calculation into the dining table is innovative and of great research value. Based on the theoretical basis of energy balance and the balance of three macronutrients, and supported by the EER and AMDR scales, a dining table nutrition calculator that can be used in practice was proposed in this paper, so as to achieve food saving and balanced diet.
