功能性食品数字化课程的应用研究

摘要 功能性食品数字化课程是食品加工技术国家资源库的子课程之一,依托智慧职教—云课堂平台,开展信息化教学与改革。功能性食品数字化课程运用符合时代发展的先进教学理念,将专业知识、技能整合重构、优化升级、深化共用,打破了时空和场地局限,形成了数字化学习空间和数字化学习流程,有利于学生的学习个性化和学生的发展全面化。功能性食品数字化课程的教学方式从以教为主向以学为主进行转变,提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,有利于高素质高技能人才的培养。 Functional food digital course is one of the sub courses of food processing technology national resource database. Relying on the intelligent vocational education cloud classroom platform, it carries out information-based teaching and reform. The functional food digital course uses the advanced teaching concept in line with the development of the times,integrates and reconstructs the professional knowledge and skills, optimizes and upgrades, deepens the sharing, breaks the limitation of time and space, and forms the digital learning space and digital learning process, which is conducive to the personalized learning of students and the comprehensive development of students. The teaching method of functional food digital course has changed from teaching oriented to learning oriented, which improves students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning, and is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality and high skilled talents.
