With the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous innovation of science and technology, the construction and development level of China’s grain and oil production industry has been significantly improved. Heavy metal detection is directly related to the quality and safety of grain and oil products, so heavy metal detection technology is the key content of modern grain and oil product quality detection technology. This paper analyzes and discusses the detection technology of heavy metals in grain and oil products for reference.
