摘要
本文研究了TTC在固体食品菌落总数检测中的应用。结果显示,在培养基中加入不同浓度的TTC,在TTC的显色作用下菌落出现不同的红色;选择合适浓度的TTC可以区分固体食品的食品料渣和菌落,提高固体食品菌落检测的准确性。
In this paper, the application of TTC in the detection of the total number of colonies in solid food was studied. The results showed that when different concentration of TTC were added to the medium, the colonies appeared different red under the color development of TTC. The optimum concentration could distinguish the food residues and colonies of solid food, and improve the accuracy of the determinationy of solid foods colony detection.
