摘要
本文采用《食品安全国家标准食品中泛酸的测定》(GB 5009.210—2016)的第一法——微生物法和试剂盒法对5种婴幼儿配方乳粉和泛酸质控样品中的泛酸含量进行检测。结果表明:微生物法标准曲线相关系数为0.992 8,精密度为1.16%~2.43%,试剂盒法标准曲线相关系数为0.994 3,精密度为1.14%~2.29%。经t检验,两种检测方法对婴幼儿乳粉泛酸检测无明显差异。与国家标准微生物法相比,试剂盒法方便、快捷,检测周期短,更适于企业实验室大量实验样本的检测。
In this paper, the first method of GB 5009.210—2016-microbiological method and rapid detection kit method, were used to analyze the pantothenic acid content of five infant formula milk powder and pantothenic acid quality control sample. The results show that the correlation coefficient of national standard microbiological method standard curve is 0.992 8. The precision is 1.16%~ 2.43%. The correlation coefficient of the rapid detection kit method standard curve is 0.994 3. The precision is 1.14%~ 2.29%. There was no significant difference in the detection of pantothenic acid in infant milk powder between the two detection methods by t test. Compared with the national standard microbiological method, the rapid detection kit method is convenient, fast, and has a short detection period, which is more suitable for the detection of a large number of experimental samples in enterprise laboratories.
