双偏振非线性频分复用离散谱传输系统的信道均衡技术

摘要 克尔非线性一直是困扰光通信更好发展的难题,基于非线性傅里叶变换的非线性频分复用系统的出现为解决这一难题提供了全新的思路,尽管非线性频分复用系统相比于传统的光通信系统可以更好地克服克尔非线性带来的影响,但传输过程中还会受噪声、色散等因素干扰,为了解决这一问题,本文首次提出在双偏振非线性频分复用离散谱系统中使用二阶矩阵来实现信道均衡,并与未采取信道均衡技术的系统进行比较,证实了采用信道均衡技术可以提高系统传输性能。 The Kerr-nonlinearity has always been a challenge which ails the optical communication. The emergence of the nonlinear frequency division multiplexing(NFDM) system based on the nonlinear Fourier transform provides a new method to solve this problem. Compared with the traditional optical communication systems, the NFDM systems could better overcome the effects induced by the Kerr-nonlinearity. However, it is inevitably disturbed by interferences during the transmission such as noise, chromatic dispersion, etc. To address this problem, a method of utilizing a second-order matrix to realize channel equalization in dual-polarization NFDM discrete spectrum systems is proposed for the first time in this paper. System performances are compared for the cases of with and without the channel equalization technology, and the results indicate that the channel equalization technology could indeed improve the system transmission performance.
