摘要
积极心理学的价值取向逐步成为学校心理健康教育的先导。本文从积极心理学的视角构建高校心理委员工作机制。选拔心理委员过程中要注重学生的积极心理品质。培训心理委员的过程中注重学生的积极情绪体验。管理心理委员的过程中注重建设积极的工作制度。
The value orientation of positive psychology has gradually become the forerunner of school mental health education. This paper constructs the working mechanism of college psychological committee from the perspective of positive psychology. In the process of selecting psychological committee members, we should pay attention to students’ positive psychological quality. In the process of training the psychological committee members, we should pay attention to the students’ positive emotional experience. We should pay attention to the construction positive work system in the process of management of psychology committee.
