基于数据挖掘陈彤云教授治疗慢性荨麻疹的用药规律

Analysis of medication characteristics of professor Chen Tongyun based on 100 cases of chronic urticaria

目的挖掘陈彤云教授治疗慢性荨麻疹的用药规律,为治疗慢性荨麻疹提供思路.方法选取2018-2020年陈彤云教授治疗慢性荨麻疹的中药处方共100张,运用中医传承计算平台对药物进行分析,得到中药的频次分布、药物功效、归经、核心药物组成等.结果单味药以白鲜皮、海桐皮、乌梅等使用频率最高;药物功效以利水渗湿药、清热药、解表药为主;归经以肺、脾、肝为主.结论陈彤云教授治疗慢性荨麻疹以疏风解表为主,兼顾扶正护脾、养血活血,同时注意驱邪而不伤正.

Objective To explore the medication rules of professor Chen Tongyun in the treatment of chronic urticaria and provide ideas for the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 100 Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of chronic urticaria by professor Chen Tongyun from 2018 to 2020 were selected,and the medicine was analyzed by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,and the frequency distribution,medicine efficacy,meridian,and core medicine composition of Chinese medicine were obtained.Results The single-medicine used most frequently were densefruit pittany root-bark,coralbean bark,and smoked plum;the main drug effects were diuresis and diffusing dampness medicine,heat-clearing medicine,and relieving superficies medicine;the main meridians were lung,spleen and liver.Conclusion Professor Chen Tongyun's treatment of chronic urticaria mainly focuses on dispelling wind and relieving superficies,and taking into account the strengthening body resistance,protecting the spleen,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,meanwhile also paying attention to eliminating pathogen and not hurting the body.
