瘢痕防治临床案例库建立在整形外科专业型研究生实践教学中的实施与探讨

Implementation and exploration of the establish of clinical case library for scar prevention and treatment in the practice teaching of professional graduate students in plastic surgery

目的探讨瘢痕防治临床案例库建立在整形外科专业型研究生实践教学中的效果.方法笔者所在科室通过构建教学框架、搜集编写案例、推广数字化教学、加强效果评价四大步骤建立了瘢痕防治临床案例库,并将其应用于整形外科专业型研究生的实践教学中.结果学生通过案例库中集广泛性、前沿性、代表性于一体的病例学习,更加全面的掌握了瘢痕的种类、临床表现、传统及新兴的防治措施等理论知识,进一步加强了理论与实践的结合,有助于学生自身临床思维体系的构建与拓展.结论该文所总结的瘢痕防治临床案例库的建设经验以及基于临床案例的多媒体技术呈现为优化现有整形外科教学模式提供了一定的参考价值.

Objective To explore the effects of establishing the clinical case library for scar prevention and treatment in the practice teaching of professional graduate students in plastic surgery.Methods By constructing teaching framework,collecting and compiling the cases,promoting digital teaching and strengthening effect evaluation,the clinical case database of scar prevention and treatment was established and applied to the practice teaching of postgraduate students majored in plastic surgery.Results Through extensive,cutting edge and representative cases study by using the case database,the students achieved a more comprehensive grasp of the theoretical knowledge of scar types,clinical manifestations,traditional and emerging prevention and treatment measures,which further strengthened the combination of theory and practice,and was conducive to the construction and expansion of the students'own clinical thinking system.Conclusion The experience in the construction of clinical case database of scar prevention and treatment summarized in this paper and the presentation of multimedia technology based on clinical cases provide certain valuable reference for optimizing the existing plastic surgery teaching mode.
