耳部假性囊肿二例

Two cases of pseudocyst of the auricle

2例成年男性耳部假性囊肿患者,皮损出现前无明确外伤史.2例患者皮损均表现为单侧耳郭内隆起于皮肤的囊性肿物.皮损组织病理示:真皮下方见软骨组织,中央呈囊腔样改变,无上皮囊壁,周围可见数量不等的炎性细胞浸润.本病治疗目的是消除囊性病变,防止复发性囊肿形成.手术脱顶、置管引流联合加支撑轮廓压力敷料治疗可减少复发.

Two adult male cases of pseudocyst of the auricle were reported,and both of the cases had no trauma history before the appearance of lesions.Clinically asymptomatic swelling cystic masses protruding from the skin were found in the unilateral auricle.The histopathology showed intracartilaginous cavity under the dermis,without epithelial wall and with varying numbers of inflammatory cell infiltrated around the cavity.The therapeutic purpose is to eliminate and prevent the recurrence of the cysts.Surgical deroofing followed by local contour pressure dressing may reduce the recurrence of the disease.
