摘要
本文利用单层半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)技术提出了一种增益响应具有多个频率可控的辐射零点的滤波天线阵列设计。该滤波天线的工作模式采用TE_(101)模式的半模形式(即TE_((0.5)01))。为了获得更好的滤波性能,利用源-负载交叉耦合效应,并加载一对开路枝节,在天线的增益响应中引入了多个辐射零点。设计了中心工作频率在4.86GHz的滤波天线阵列,仿真结果表明,该天线阵列在中心工作频率处具有8.8dBi的宽边辐射增益。同时,其增益响应具有多个频率可控的辐射零点,使得该天线具有边带选择性高的优点。
In this paper,a design of a filtering antenna array with multiple frequency controllable ra-diation nulls in gain response is proposed by using the single-layer half-mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW)technique.The filtering antenna operates in a half-mode form of TE_(101)(TE_((0.5)01)).In order to obtain better filtering performance,multiple radiation nulls are introduced into the gain response of the antenna by using source-load cross coupling effect and loading a pair of open branches.A filtering antenna array with a central operating frequency of 4.86 GHz is de-signed.The simulated results show that the antenna array has a broadside radiation gain of 8.8 dBi at the central operating frequency.At the same time,the gain response of the antenna has multiple radiation nulls with controllable frequencies,which makes the antenna have the advantage of high sideband selectivity.
