摘要
人类生殖效率低下,大约70%的受孕都发生了妊娠丢失,大多数妊娠丢失由胚胎染色体非整倍性异常引起。胚胎染色体非整倍性可能源于配子减数分裂错误,也可能源于胚胎有丝分裂错误,不同的错误来源导致不同发育阶段的胚胎丢失。鉴于胚胎染色体非整倍性对生育力的强烈影响,清楚地了解胚胎染色体非整倍性的不同来源、影响因素及受累人群,是有效预防及干预染色体非整倍性的理论基础,也是生殖医学和人类生物学的一个重要目标。
Human reproduction is inefficient, with pregnancy loss estimated to occur in approximately 70% of all conceptions. The majority of pregnancy losses are related to chromosomal aneuploidy, which may be originated either from meiosis or mitosis. Different origin of chromosome aneuploidy lead to pregnancy loss at different development stages. Given the strong implications of embryo chromosome aneuploidy on fertility, a clear understanding of the different origins, influencing factors and affected populations of embryo chromosome aneuploidy is the theoretical basis for effective prevention and intervention of chromosome aneuploidy, and is also an important goal in reproductive medicine and human biology in general.
