我院静脉用药调配中心以创建医疗卫生信息和管理协会7级为契机实施闭环管理模式的实践

Practice of Closed-Loop Management Mode Implemented by Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Our Hospital Based on Construction of the 7^(th) Level of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society

目的:探索医疗卫生信息和管理协会(HIMSS)7级医学信息系统在完善静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)闭环管理模式信息化建设中的应用。方法:观察HIMSS 7级创建的信息系统在PIVAS的应用情况,通过比较信息系统升级前后PIVAS管理各环节的相关指标,评价其改进效果。结果:PIVAS信息系统改进后处方合格率由98.14%提高到98.96%;前置处方审核时间由每日(4 821.56±31.42)s缩短为(2 464.22±48.26)s;内部差错发生率由0.314‰降至0.175‰;1批和4批成品液体平均打包时间分别由(1 920.54±24.16)s和(1 026.13±40.31)s缩短到(1 141.46±38.70)s和(546.22±35.28)s;病区护士满意度由93.61%升高到97.56%。结论:HIMSS 7级评审标准下的PIVAS信息化系统建设可以有效实现工作流程的闭环管理,提升工作效率,减少用药差错,提高病区满意度。

Objective: To probe into the application of medical information system in the 7^(th) level of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society(HIMSS) in improving the information construction of the closed-loop management mode of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS). Methods: The application of medical information system constructed by the 7;level of HIMSS was observed. By comparing the relevant indicators of each link of PIVAS management before and after the information system upgrade, the modification effect was evaluated. Results: After the modification of PIVAS information system, the qualified rate of prescriptions increased from 98.14% to 98.96%, the time of prescription pre-review decreased from(4,821.56±31.42) s to(2,464.22±48.26) s, the internal error rate decreased from 0.314‰ to 0.175‰, the average packing time of 1 batch and 4 batches of finished liquid decreased from(1,920.54±24.16) s and(1,026.13±40.31) s to(1,141.46±38.70) s and(546.22±35.28) s, and the satisfaction rate of ward nurses increased from 93.61% to 97.56%. Conclusion: The construction of the PIVAS medical information system under the the 7^(th) level of HIMSS evaluation standard can effectively realize the closed-loop management of workflow, improve the work efficiency, reduce the medication errors, and improve the ward satisfaction.
