21世纪阿曼高等教育发展路径初探

Exploratory Research on the Development of Oman’s Higher Education in the 21st Century

经济全球化给世界各国的高等教育带来新的发展机遇与挑战,阿曼也不例外。在协同式管理体制、平衡式外交逻辑、竞争式创新投入的发展道路下,阿曼高等教育正面临师资力量薄弱、高层次人才流失以及教育投入减少等问题。研究表明,通过国际教育合作平台共建、高校联合办学促进留学互访、教育资金跨国流动等途径,有利于促进中阿两国高等教育的多层次、全领域的互惠合作与互学互鉴。

The world has witnessed the novel development opportunities and challenges brought by the economic globalization,so has Oman. Along the path of the collaborative management system,balanced diplomatic logic,and competitive innovation input,the higher education in Oman is suffering the hardship caused by the weak faculty,the losing of high-level talents,and the cut investment in education. According to recent studies,the co-construction of international education cooperation platforms plays an indispensable role in promoting the multi-level and full-field reciprocal cooperation with mutual learning in higher education between China and Oman. Besides,mutual overseas study and exchange visits between the two countries are also important,which need the efforts from the joint running of universities and colleges.Moreover,the cross-border flow of education funds would benefit as well.
