摘要
以12株羊肚菌菌株为试材,采用拮抗试验和分子鉴定技术,研究了供试菌株的亲缘关系及不同碳、氮源、pH对菌丝生长情况的影响,以期规范羊肚菌命名及初步筛选最佳生长条件。结果表明:YD3、YD10、YD12亲缘关系较近,YD1、YD2、YD4、YD5、YD7、YD8、YD9、YD11亲缘关系较近,YD6与其它11个菌株亲缘关系较远;最佳碳源是乳糖和麦芽糖,最佳氮源是硫酸铵和硝酸钾,最适pH为7和9。
The 12 isolates of Morchella esculenta were used as experimental materials,using antagonistic test and molecular identification technique,the genetic relationship of the tested strains and the effects of different carbon,nitrogen sources and pH on mycelial growth were studied,in order to solve the naming confusion problem of Morchella esculenta and obtain the optimum growth conditions for the initial screening.The results showed that YD3、YD10、YD12 had closer relationships than others,YD1、YD2、YD4、YD5、YD7、YD8、YD9、YD11 had closer relationships than others,YD6 had distant relationships with other 11 strains.Lactose and maltose were the best carbon sources.(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) and KNO_(3) were the best nitrogen sources.The optimum growth pH were 7 and 9.
