庄礼兴治疗原发性三叉神经痛经验撷要

ZHUANG Li-Xing’s Experience in the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

原发性三叉神经痛是指一种原因未明的面部三叉神经分布区内反复发作、突发骤止、历时短暂的剧烈疼痛。血管压迫为原发性三叉神经痛的主要原因。庄礼兴教授认为精神心理因素是导致原发性三叉神经痛频发的一个重要原因,提出采用调神针法实现身心同调;具体治疗时重视在合谷穴行导气同精法,围绕三叉神经的分支进行局部取穴以刺激神经纤维,辅助运用火针疗法以散寒止痛,从而疏通面部经络气血,使全身阴阳调和、气血如常。

Primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN)refers to a recurrent,sudden,and short-term severe pain in the innervation region of trigeminal nerve with unknown cause.Vascular compression is considered as the main cause of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Professor ZHUANG LI-Xing believes that psychosomatic factor is an important cause of the frequent occurrence of PTN,and proposes the application of spirit-regulating acupuncture therapy to harmonize the physique and the spirit.During the treatment,the specific treatment focuses on the acupuncture for mildly conducting reversed qi and conserving vital essence on point Hegu(LI4),the selection of local acupoints around the innervation area of trigeminal nerve branches ensures the stimulation of the nerve fibres,and the adjuvant therapy with fire needling is to disperse cold and relieve pain,so as to unblock the qi and blood of the facial meridians,and reach the equilibrium of yin and yang and the normal function of qi and blood.
