温针灸联合子午捣臼法治疗产后腰痛的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Moxibustion with Warming Needle Combined with Meridian Tamping Needling in the Treatment of Postpartum Lumbago

【目的】观察温针灸联合子午捣臼法治疗产后腰痛的临床疗效。【方法】将60例产后腰痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予温针灸联合子午捣臼法治疗,对照组给予温针灸联合单式提插补法治疗。2组患者均隔天治疗1次,每周治疗3次,周日休息1 d,总疗程4周,共治疗12次。治疗4周后,评价2组患者的临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(ODI)评分的变化情况,比较2组患者治疗前后血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌型肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MM)的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善VAS评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的ODI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善ODI评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的血清LDH、CK、CK-MM水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善血清LDH、CK、CK-MM水平方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组为73.3%(22/30)。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】温针灸联合子午捣臼法治疗产后腰痛,能明显改善患者的疼痛症状和功能障碍情况,有效改善患者血清LDH、CK、CK-MM水平,从而提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion with warming needle combined with meridian tamping needling in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum lumbago were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received moxibustion with warming needle combined with meridian tamping needling therapy,while the control group received moxibustion with warming needle combined with single lifting and inserting treatment.Patients in both groups were treated once every other day,three times a week,and rested for one day on Sunday.The total course of treatment was four weeks,involving twelve treatments in total.Four weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was evaluated,the changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score in the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment,and the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),muscle-type creatine kinase isoenzyme MM(CK-MM)in the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the ODI score of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the serum LDH,CK and CK-MM levels in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was 90.0%(27/30)in the treatment group and73.3%(22/30)in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion with warming needle combined with meridian tamping needling exerts significant effect in treating postpartum lumbago by improving the pain symptoms and dysfunction,and improving the levels of serum LDH,CK,CK-MM,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
