阿是穴压灸联合电针治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Pressing-moxibustion at A’shi Acupoint Combined with Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Stenosing Tendovaginitis Radial Styloid

【目的】观察阿是穴压灸联合电针治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎提供新的思路。【方法】将80例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组给予阿是穴压灸联合电针治疗,对照组给予单纯电针治疗。每周治疗1次,连续治疗3次为1个疗程。治疗3周后,评价2组的临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的变化情况,以及Quinnell分级评分的变化情况。治疗3个月后随访,评价2组的远期疗效。【结果】(1)研究过程中,观察组失访3例,对照组失访4例。最终观察组37例、对照组36例纳入疗效统计。(2)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善VAS评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的Quinnell评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善Quinnell评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组总有效率为94.59%(35/37),对照组为83.33%(30/36)。观察组总有效率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治愈率为59.45%(22/37),对照组为30.56%(11/36)。观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)治疗3个月后随访,观察组失访2例,对照组失访1例。最终观察组35例、对照组35例纳入疗效统计。观察组总有效率为91.43%(32/35),对照组为68.57%(24/35)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】阿是穴压灸联合电针治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎,能明显改善患者的疼痛症状,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pressing-moxibustion at A’shi acupoint combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid(STRS),and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of STRS.Methods Eighty patients with STRS were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pressing-moxibustion at A’shi acupoint combined with electroacupuncture,while the control group was treated with electroacupuncture alone.The treatments performed once a week and 3 times consecutively as a course of treatment.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Quinnell scale scores were observed before and after treatment.The patients were followed up 3 months later,the long-term efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)During the study,3 cases in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group were lost to follow-up.Finally,37 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group were included in the curative effect statistics.(2)After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group were significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the Quinnell scores in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was 94.59%(35/37)in the observation group and 83.33%(30/36)in the control group.The total effective rate of observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The cure rate was 59.45%(22/37)in the observation group and 30.56%(11/36)in the control group.The cure rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After 3 months of treatment,2 cases in the observation group and one case in the control group were lost to follow-up.Finally,35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group were included in the curative effect statistics.The total effective rate was91.43%(32/35)in the observation group and 68.57%(24/35)in the control group.The curative effect of observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressing-moxibustion at A’shi acupoint combined with electroacupuncture is effective in treating STRS,which has significant effect in improving the pain symptoms of patients.
