庄礼兴调神针法治疗脑卒中后昼夜节律睡眠-觉醒障碍思路探讨

Thoughts of ZHUANG Li-Xing in Applying Spirit-regulating Acupuncture for the Treatment of Post-stroke Circadian Rhythm Sleep-wake Disorder

探讨庄礼兴教授运用调神针法治疗脑卒中后昼夜节律睡眠-觉醒障碍的思路。庄礼兴教授认为,脑卒中患者常合并昼夜节律系统紊乱;关注患者睡眠节律问题的同时,亦需细察患者情志的变化;治疗脑卒中后昼夜节律睡眠-觉醒障碍时需重视脑主神明、心主神明、肝主气机,可运用调神针法,选穴以头部的四神针、智三针、印堂穴为主,辅以神门、三阴交、合谷、太冲等穴,恢复脑主神明的统率作用,以神驭气,促进逆乱之经气归于常道,从而改善夜间及日间睡眠障碍,并畅达情志。

The thoughts of Professor ZHUANG Li-Xing in applying spirit-regulating acupuncture for treatment of post-stroke circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorder(CRSWD)were explored.Professor ZHUANG believes that poststroke patients are often complicated with circadian rhythm system disorders.When we are deeply concerned about the impacts of sleep rhythm on the patients,we should also pay close attention to the emotional disorder in the changes of patients.For the treatment of post-stroke CRSWD,the concepts of the brain controlling mental activities,the heart controlling mental activities,and the liver being in charge of qi movement should be taken into account,and spirit-regulating acupuncture can be adopted.The acupoints for spirit-regulating acupuncture mainly include the scalp acupoints of Sishenzhen[the four points around Baihui(GV20)],Zhisanzhen[Shenting(GV24)and bilateral Benshen(GB13)],and Yintang(GV29),assisting with Shenmen(HT7),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Hegu(LI4),Taichong(LR3)and so on.Spirit-regulating acupuncture has the actions of restoring the function of the brain being in charge of mental activities,controlling qi with spirit,checking upward adverse flow of the meridian qi,which can improve the night and daytime sleep disorders,and regulating the emotional disorder.
