极寒地区预制梁新型蒸汽养生棚设计与施工

Design and Construction of Prefabricated Beam with New Steam Curing Shed in Extremely Cold Area

以世界第二大冷都——哈萨克斯坦共和国鲁尔苏丹市的新交通系统轻轨1期工程1号梁场的预制梁养护为研究对象,针对其昼夜温差达30℃、气候严寒、大风天气多的环境特点,通过对混凝土养生的工法、保温材料和保温棚结构设计的对比研究,设计了一种新型模块化卷帘式轻型蒸汽养生棚。该养生棚具有存储场地小、安全可靠、环保、保温防风效果好等优点,能满足现有预制梁和类似预制构件的养护要求。其构造简单、安拆方便、重量轻、制造和维护费用低,可供类似工程提供参考。

The maintenance of prefabricated beams in No.1 beam yard of light rail Phase 1 project of new transportation system in Nur Sultan,the second cold city in the world,is taken as an example in Kazakhstan.For the environmental characteristics of 30 ℃ of temperature difference between day and night,cold climate and strong wind,a new type of modular rolling shutter light steam curing shed is designed by the comparative study of concrete preservation method,insulation material and insulation shed structure design.The shed has the advantages of small storage area,safety and reliability,environmental protection,good insulation and wind-proof effect,etc.,which can meet the maintenance of existing prefabricated beams and other similar prefabricated components.Its construction is simple,installation and disassemble is easy,weight is light,cost of manufacturing and maintenance is low.It can provide reference for similar projects.
