脉冲二氧化碳激光联合调Q翠绿宝石激光治疗黑色素痣的疗效观察

目的探讨脉冲二氧化碳激光联合调Q翠绿宝石激光治疗黑色素痣的疗效。方法采用脉冲二氧化碳激光联合调Q翠绿宝石激光治疗黑色素德,首先用脉冲二氧化碳激光祛除所有肉眼可见的黑色素,然后再予翠绿宝石激光相同部位重复治疗1~2次,祛除肉眼不可见的黑色素细胞,创面每日清沽消毒,直至痂皮脱落。结果一次治疗治愈率98%,无一例发生严重增生性瘢痕或凹陷性瘢痕、色素沉着无明显增加。结论脉冲二氧化碳激光联合翠绿宝石激光治疗黑色素痣安全有效,简单易行,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with alexandrite laser in the treatment of facial melanoma.Methods First,use pulsed carbon dioxide laser to remove melanocytic nevus,until all visible melanin was removed,and then gave alexandrite laser treatment 1 to 2 times.Results The cure rate was 98%in one treatment,no severe hyperplastic and depressed scars occurred,and there was no significant increase in pigmentation.Conclusion Pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with alexandrite laser is safe and effective to treat melanocytic nevus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
