医院感染主动监测系统对医护人员手卫生依从率的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nosocomial Infection Active Surveillance System on the Compliance Rate of Medical Staff's Hand Hygiene

目的:分析在医护人员手卫生依从率监测中采取医院感染主动监测系统的效果。方法:2017年9月—2018年9月采用普通观察法对某院医护人员应执行手卫生情况进行监测,次数为2568次。2018年10月—2019年10月某院实施感染主动监测系统后,对医护人员应执行手卫生情况进行监测,次数为2672次。对比两组医护人员手卫生依从率、消毒液消耗量、医院感染率。结果:实施医院感染主动监测系统后,医务人员手卫生依从率(70.06%)明显高于实施前(59.97%),实施后的流动水洗手正确率、取皂正确率、冲洗正确率、干手正确率显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=58.701、386.925,P<0.05)。实施医院感染主动监测系统后,第一季度、第二季度、第三季度、第四季度消毒液消耗量均明显大于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=154.164、126.917、192.352、134.849,P<0.05)。结论:在医护人员手卫生依从率监测中采取医院感染主动监测系统监测能够及时发现医院医护人员手卫生问题,了解和掌握医院手卫生依从率比较低的人群,采取针对性的措施,从而有效提升医护人员手卫生依从率与洗手正确率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of adopting an active nosocomial infection monitoring system in the monitoring of the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2018,the general observation method was used to monitor the hand hygiene performed by medical staff,and the number of times was 2568.From October 2018 to October 2019,after the implementation of an active infection monitoring system in a hospital,the medical staff should be moni­tored for hand hygiene,and the number of times was 2672.The compliance rate of hand hygiene,the consumption of disinfectant,and the nosocomial infection rate of medical staff in the two groups were compared.Results:After the implementation of the noso­comial infection active surveillance system,the compliance rate of medical staff's hand hygiene(70.06%)was significantly higher than that before the implementation(59.97%).After the implementation,the correct rate of washing hands with flowing water,the correct rate of soap taking,the correct rate of rinsing,and the correct rate of drying hands were significantly higher than those be­fore the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=58.701,386.925,P<0.05).After the implementation of the nosocomial infection active surveillance system,the consumption of disinfectant in the first,second,third,and fourth quarters was significantly greater than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=154.164,126.917,192.352,134.849,P<O.05).Conclusion:In the monitoring of the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff,the active moni­toring system for hospital infection can be used to detect the hand hygiene problems of the medical staff in the hospital in time,un­derstand and grasp the population with a relatively low hand hygiene compliance rate in the hospital,and take targeted measures to effectively improve the medical staff.The hand hygiene compliance rate and the correct rate of hand washing have significant ef­fects and are worthy of clinical application.
