快速康复外科理念在腓骨肌皮瓣修复口腔癌患者中的应用

Application of the Concept of Fast Recovery Surgery in the Peroneal Myocutaneous Flap for the Repair of Patients with Oral Cancer

目的:探讨快速康复外科(Fasttracksurgery,FTS)理念应用于施行腓骨肌皮瓣修复术的口腔癌患者护理的效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年6月南京医科大学附属口腔医院的40例行腓骨肌皮瓣修复术的口腔癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组采用FTS理念进行护理,比较两组患者的平均术后住院时间、术后胃管留置时间及患者和家属对住院的满意度。结果:观察组患者及家属对住院满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.56,P<0.05)。观察组的术后平均住院时间、术后胃管留置时间及下地活动时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-12.263、-8.452、-6.332,P<0.05)。结论:在口腔癌症患者护理中应用FTS理念可有效缩短患者术后胃管留置时间及术后住院时间,提高患者及家属的满意度,在保证医疗护理质量的同时,促进患者的康复,使患者得到更多人文关怀。

Objective: To explore the effect of the concept of fast track surgery(FTS) in the nursing of oral cancer patients repaired with fibular myocutaneous flap. Methods: A total of 40 patients with oral cancer who underwent peroneal myocutaneous flap repair in the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing methods, while the observation group was treated with FTS concept. The average postoperative hospital stay, postoperative gastric tube indwelling time, and patients’ and their families’ satisfaction with hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: The patients and their families in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of their satisfaction with hospitalization, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.56, P<0.05). The average postoperative hospital stay, postoperative gastric tube indwelling time and time of going to the ground in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=-12.263,-8.452,-6.332, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the FTS concept in the nursing of oral cancer patients can effectively shorten the postoperative gastric tube indwelling time and postoperative hospitalization time,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, and promote the recovery of patients while ensuring the quality of medical care, so that patients can get better Multi-human care.
