奥塔戈运动训练在脑梗塞偏瘫患者康复中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨奥塔戈运动训练在脑梗塞偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12月新乡市中心医院收治的80例脑梗塞偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用前瞻性随机对照试验,依据住院病历号分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组采用常规康复运动,观察组在对照组基础上联合奥塔戈运动训练,两组患者均连续干预2个月,比较两组患者干预前、干预2个月后的肢体运动功能、平衡功能及跌倒效能。结果:干预2个月后,两组患者上肢Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、下肢FMA评分、FMA总分、修订版跌倒效能量表(MFES)评分及平衡功能量表(BBS)评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=0.056、0.284、0.253、0.107、0.543,P<0.05)。干预2个月后,观察组上肢、下肢FMA评分较对照组高,MFES评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.664、16.510、14.816、9.299、5.545,P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗塞偏瘫患者应用奥塔戈运动训练,可有效恢复患者肢体运动功能,改善跌倒效能及平衡功能。 Objective: To explore the application effect of Otago exercise training in the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: From January 2018 to December 2019, 80 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia who were admitted to the hospital were selected, and a prospective randomized controlled trial was used. According to the inpatient medical record number, they were divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was combined with Otago exercise training on the basis of the control group. Both groups were continuously intervened for 2 months. The limb motor function, balance function, and fall performance were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 2 months of intervention. Results: After 2 months of intervention, the upper extremity Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA) score, lower extremity FMA score, FMA total score, revised fall efficacy scale(MFES) score and balance function scale(BBS) score in the two groups were all higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=0.056, 0.284, 0.253, 0.107,0.543, P<0.05). After 2 months of intervention, the FMA scores of the upper and lower extremities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the revised MFES scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.664, 16.510, 14.816, 9.299, 5.545, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Otago exercise training to hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction can effectively restore the patients’ limb motor function, improve fall performance and balance function.
