无托槽隐形矫治技术联合牙周治疗的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Non Brackets Invisible Orthodontic Technique Combined with Periodontal Therapy

牙周病会对牙龈、牙槽骨及牙根外组织造成毁坏,导致牙齿移位或缺损,影响正常口腔功能及美观度,需及时进行矫治。随着口腔医学技术的发展,口腔矫治不仅强调有效性及安全性,也开始关注患者对美观度的需求。无托槽隐形矫治技术改变传统矫治技术的有托槽矫治方式,具有良好的舒适度、美观度,且易于清洁,有利于牙周治疗的进行。现就无托槽隐形矫治技术在牙周治疗中的优势与不足做一综述,旨在为改善患者牙周健康提供借鉴。

Periodontal disease can damage gingiva,alveolar bone and root tissue,which results in tooth displacement or defect,affects the normal oral function and aesthetic degree,so it needs to be treated in time.With the development of stomatology technology,orthodontic treatment not only emphasizes the effectiveness and safety,but also pays attention to the aesthetic needs of patients.Non bracket invisible orthodontic technology changes the traditional orthodontic technology with brackets.It has good comfort,beauty,and easy to clean,which is conducive to periodontal treatment.The advantages and disadvantages of invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets in periodontal treatment were reviewed,in order to provide reference for improving periodontal health of patients.
